2015 Paid Search :: Red Carpet Review

As Marketing Director for Rakuten Search, I initiated a project that would try and measure the search traffic bump and social media reactions of fashion designers that were featured on the Red Carpet before the Oscars. The project turned out to be a bit ambitious because of the challenges brought about by reporting. Regardless, we built a comprehensive 24-page report that helped highlight the talents of the team and helped attract prospective business. One important note is that Rakuten Marketing was still part of a diverse set of brands and there wasn’t yet any set brand or creative standards (that would come shortly after by some stalwart go-getter).
